Liquidity Pool
On-chain reserve of two or more tokens that powers AMM trading.
A liquidity pool is a smart contract holding paired token reserves. Traders swap against the pool, paying a fee that gets distributed pro-rata to liquidity providers (LPs). LPs receive LP tokens representing their share.
