Private Key
Secret cryptographic key that controls a wallet's funds.
Whoever holds the private key controls the wallet — there is no password reset, no support hotline. Private keys are usually represented as a 12 or 24-word seed phrase (BIP-39). Lose it and your funds are gone forever; leak it and someone else takes them.
